How long does shipping take for heavy racing equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For oversized items like roll cages or suspension kits, we use freight carriers which may take 7-10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy on installed parts?
We only accept returns on items in new, uninstalled condition within 30 days of purchase. Once a part has been mounted or used in a racing environment, it is no longer eligible for return due to safety regulations.
Do you offer international shipping for Baja events?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We frequently ship to Mexico and South America for major rally events. Please contact our support team for a custom freight quote and customs documentation assistance.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects. However, please note that damage incurred during competitive racing, off-road crashes, or improper installation is generally not covered.
How can I track my order?
Once your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your Baja Racing Gear account to view real-time status updates.
Do you offer professional installation advice?
While we provide technical spec sheets with our products, we strongly recommend that all high-performance racing components be installed by a certified off-road technician to ensure safety and performance.
