At Baja Racing Gear, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your off-road equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is unused and in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
